ONE on ONE SESSIONS

Inquire with your preferred days and times and i’ll get back to you, as current clients sometimes swap days, times aren’t always permanent with each one, etc, etc.

Other fitness times, outside of above Group times, can also sometimes be organised, so please don’t hesitate to ask.
Personal training sessions are usually 1 hour , depending on the clients and intensity of the session.
