Here’s my first post of Short Sharp Workouts, you can do at home, anytime, if you either missed class, or just want something quick, but tough enough to make sure you’ve done something decent for the day

WORKOUT :
πͺ 1 Push up
π 10 Climbers
πͺ 1 Up & Down
π 10 Climbers
Repeat for 3 Rounds
then..
πͺ 5 Jump Squats
π 5 Up Down Knees
πͺ 5 Crab Walks
then..
REPEAT all for 3 Rounds
