Here’s the 2nd Short Sharp Workout, you can do at home, anytime, if you either missed class, or just want something quick, but tough enough to make sure you’ve done something decent for the day

WORKOUT :
πŸ’ͺ 5 Burpees
πŸ‘Š 10 V-Extensions
πŸ’ͺ 10 Lunges (left leg)
πŸ‘Š 1-2, 1-2 High Knees (right a few metres)
πŸ’ͺ 10 Lunges (right leg)
πŸ‘Š 1-2, 1-2 High Knees (left, back to start)
REPEAT all for 5 Rounds
